- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Friendly staff with great service and fantastic sales, but a huge "No No" for having double coated dogs groomed at their grooming salon. Upon being phoned to collect my girl, my dog came out semi-dry, which resulted in severe matting on her tummy and in her arm pits a week later. Upon taking her elsewhere to have it rectified the groomer confirmed to me that 'Best Friends' was renowned for not completely drying dogs. It seems to be "get them in and out as quick as possible" at Best Friends. I paid full price for a de-shed and had to brush her out myself when we got home. Feel ripped off - big time. Best Friends should not be letting groomers wash and de-shed double coated dogs, if they don't have the experience, simple as that.Sarah AversNovember 02, 2017
